The Sales Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams by managing order processing, coordinating logistics, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in Priority ERP system.
  • Coordinate with production planner, project managers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.

Customer Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information.
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and scheduling.

Operational Coordination

  • Assist in managing consignment inventory
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Generate regular sales reports

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
  • Proficiency in ERP system – Priority is an advantage
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while interfacing with various departments in the company
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
