Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic surgery company. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Operations Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will join a dynamic company and will report to the Director of Operations

The operations Admin plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across all sites. This role oversees day-to-day logistics execution, supports field operations, maintains operational readiness of storage areas, and ensures full traceability of equipment and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement operations, including creating purchase orders (POs), tracking PO status with vendors, reconciling deliveries against POs, and supporting supplier communication.
  • Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and supplies across multiple sites.
  • Prepare and manage all logistics documentation, including packing lists, labels, and waybills, while ensuring full traceability and compliance with internal processes.
  • Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delivery or scheduling issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials in transit, storage, or managed through third-party providers.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics Supply Chain administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Priority ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in written English is required.
