We are searching for a dynamic and highly organized Operations Administrator and Visitors, Travel & Wellbeing Coordinator to play a pivotal role on our team. You will oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding visitor and travel experiences, and foster well-being and collaboration for all employees—ensuring seamless support, engagement, and excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Administration, Organizational Support & Collaboration**

  • Manage and optimize the Operations master calendar, coordinating and communicating all meetings, projects, and organization-wide events.

  • Organize and facilitate management and departmental meetings, prepare agendas, oversee logistics, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items to improve team collaboration and productivity.

isitors & Travel Coordination

  • Oversee the full lifecycle for internal and external visits, including arrangements for guests, international physicians, and senior leaders.

  • Manage all logistics for company guests, including invitations, schedules, travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality.

  • Coordinate employee travel, including booking, itinerary management, travel policy, and cost optimization.

ellbeing & Community Engagement

  • Develop, deliver, and monitor annual employee well-being and welfare programs that strengthen organizational community and engagement.

  • Plan and coordinate well-being, recognition, and team-building activities, partnering with Employee Resource Groups and the Community team.
