About The Role

You're Good At

• Managing registration processes with precision and flair
• Crafting clear and engaging communication for attendees
• Creating and customizing event registration websites
• Juggling multiple programs while keeping an eye on deadlines
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results

You Might Also Have

• Experience in a support role, especially in the meeting planning industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with meeting management technology like Cvent
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• A background in the life sciences field (bonus points)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Coordinator
is between $51,700 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
