About the Role:
Are you a master of multitasking with a knack for orchestrating unforgettable meetings? Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind corporate events that leave a lasting impression You'll coordinate every detail—from planning to execution—all while ensuring our clients are thrilled with the results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people, this role is perfect for you

You're Good At

• Managing multiple projects while keeping a keen eye on details and deadlines.
• Crafting clear and engaging program communications for clients and attendees.
• Working collaboratively with clients and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Budgeting and financial reconciliation to keep programs on track.
• Adapting quickly to changing plans and troubleshooting on the fly.

You Might Also Have

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience in meeting or program planning.
• Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the travel industry, especially in corporate settings.
• Experience in leading projects in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sectors.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager
is between $57,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
