About The Role
Are you a master of all things events? Join our team as a Project Manager for speaker events and meetings where you'll unleash your organizational prowess and creativity In this exciting position, you'll liaise with clients, sources locations, and shape unforgettable experiences—all while keeping it stress-free and fun Ready to take the lead and create the magic behind the scenes?

You're Good At

• Managing multiple events simultaneously, all while staying cool under pressure.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Crafting engaging registration websites and managing all attendee communications.
• Negotiating contracts like a pro and making sure every detail is top-notch.
• Handling budgeting and finances with precision and a keen eye for detail.

You Might Also Have

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience in meeting planning.
• Two years of experience showcasing your event planning brilliance.
• Strong negotiation skills that lead to fantastic deals and partnerships.
• A knack for using technology for event registration and management systems.
• A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, ready to tackle any challenges that arise.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager
is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
