About The Role
Are you an event-planning superstar with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? As a Program Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our meetings and events, ensuring every detail is flawless from start to finish. Collaborating with clients, vendors, and your fellow colleagues, you'll transform visions into reality while keeping everything on track and within budget. Join us in turning ideas into extraordinary events

You're Good At

• Masterminding event logistics and execution like a pro.
• Building strong rapport with clients and vendors while ensuring compliance.
• Crafting and managing budgets to maximize value.
• Leading team meetings to keep everyone on the same page.
• Problem-solving effectively, even under pressure.

You Might Also Have

• A college degree (preferred) and at least three years of experience in meeting planning, especially in Pharma or Life Sciences.
• Proven expertise in negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• A knack for creating engaging communications for attendees.
• International experience that adds a global touch to your event planning.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and Cvent to bring your plans to life.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager
is between $57,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
