A fast-growing and innovative startup is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and manage all operational aspects of the company.

The role includes full ownership of operational processes, managing assembly and integration of complex products, overseeing supply chain and procurement (local and international), and working closely with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company.

What's in the role?

  • Leading the company's operations, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Managing international procurement, import, and export processes
  • Overseeing assembly and integration of multidisciplinary systems
  • Working with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad
  • Supporting and establishing production lines overseas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing operations in tech / multidisciplinary product companies
  • Significant experience in international procurement, import, and export
  • Experience managing assembly and integration processes
  • Experience establishing production lines abroad
  • Familiarity with Priority ERP
