At ADAMA we are creating, for the first time, a
Global HR Operations function
that will serve as the backbone of our HR strategy worldwide. We are looking for a leader who is excited not just to manage, but to design and establish this function from the ground up.
Why this role matters
HR Operations is the engine room of any global HR function: the team that ensures employees and managers experience smooth, consistent, and reliable processes. From hiring to onboarding, from payroll to benefits, from data accuracy to automation – HR Ops makes sure HR runs with precision, speed, and impact. This is the infrastructure that ensures the HR strategy can come to life.
This role is about building that capability at ADAMA: creating the processes, systems, and services that will empower our HR teams to focus on driving business value, while employees get world-class support at every step of their journey.
What you'll do
- Establish the global HR Operations organization
– define vision, structure, and operating model. - Map needs, bottlenecks, and processes
across regions; prioritize and redesign workflows to eliminate friction and bring consistency. - Implement scalable HR solutions
(automation, employee self-service, digital tools) that simplify experiences and raise efficiency. - Set governance and global standards
while adapting thoughtfully to local realities and regulations. - Work across all regions
and functions, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and continuous feedback loops. - Build and lead a new global team
– recruiting, mentoring, and developing an initial group of professionals, with potential to scale further. - Measure what matters
– establish KPIs for service quality, compliance, timeliness, and employee experience, driving continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
- Significant experience in senior managerial role in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Transformation in large/global organizations.
 - Proven track record of building or transforming HR Ops functions including mapping, prioritizing, and implementing new processes.
 - Strong global mindset and ability to work across geographies, regulations, and cultures.
 - Demonstrated success in leading teams from recruitment to capability building and ongoing development.
 - Comfort with HR technology, automation, and data-driven decision making.
 - Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
