About the Role
We are looking for a brilliant
Global HR Analytics Manager
to take our analytics capability to the next level. Building on an established foundation, this role will focus on
evolving, scaling, and embedding
HR analytics across the organization.
You will drive change management to ensure analytics becomes a core part of how HR and business leaders make decisions. You will partner closely with other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Systems' team members, IT, and HR professionals to translate business needs into analytics solutions and proactively propose insights that drive the business forward. You will also lead the development, deployment, and adoption of advanced analytics solutions including predictive analytics, AI, introducing new ideas and approaches that position HR at the forefront of digital transformation.
This role has no direct reports and reports to the Head of Global HR Analytics & Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and evolve existing HR dashboards, reports, and tools to deliver increasing value to stakeholders.
- Introduce new methods, technologies, and approaches to strengthen analytics maturity (predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, benchmarking, etc.).
- Ensure analytics tools are continuously improved and aligned with business needs.
- Drive global deployment of HR analytics solutions and ensure consistent adoption across regions.
- Partner with COEs, HR Systems teams, and HR professionals to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and business stakeholders to enable self-service and stronger use of insights.
- Champion analytics as part of HR's daily operations and strategic processes.
- Act as a change agent to embed a data-driven culture within HR and the wider business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in
HR analytics,
in a global, complex organization. - Proven experience evolving or scaling analytics capability, not just building it from scratch.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and data structures with ability to connect them to business outcomes.
- Experience in driving adoption of analytics and managing change in large organizations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including partnering with multiple HR COEs and systems teams.
- Experience with Qlik Sense analytics platform is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
