תחומי אחריות:

  • הובלת כלל מערך ה-E-commerce מקצה לקצה (D2C)
  • גיבוש וביצוע אסטרטגיות מכירה, שיווק דיגיטלי וצמיחה
  • ניהול ישיר של צוות מגוון הכולל:
  • מומחה מדיה ממומנת (FB, Google, TikTok)
  • אסטרטג/ית מדיה
  • מנהל/ת אתר וסחר
  • מפתח/ת Shopify
  • מנהל/ת דיוור (Email & SMS)
  • קופירייטרים
  • איש/אשת קריאייטיב
  • שיפור מתמיד של משפכי מכירה (Funnels), CRO, AOV ו-LTV
  • אחריות מלאה על תקציבי השיווק והמדיה
  • שיתופי פעולה הדוקים עם מחלקות המוצר, הפיתוח והמרקום
  • הטמעת חדשנות, אוטומציות ודאטה בכל שלב

דרישות חובה:

  • ניסיון מוכח של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול פעילות איקומרס גלובלית הכוללת ניסיון ניהולי
  • שליטה מלאה בפלטפורמות:
  • Shopify
    –  ניהול, התאמה והתייעלות טכנולוגית
  • Klaviyo
    –  אוטומציות מתקדמות, סגמנטציה, A/B Testing
  • הבנה במדייה, אסטרטגיות צמיחה
  • חוש טכני מפותח – יתרון לבעלי/ות ניסיון בעבודה בעבר בניהול קמפיינים
  • ניסיון בהובלת צוותים מרובי דיסציפלינות
  • ראייה מערכתית ואסטרטגית לצד יכולת ניהול פרויקטים לפרטי פרטים
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (דיבור וכתיבה)
