We're looking for an experienced and proactive
QA Team Lead
to drive quality assurance for our Application team and report directly to the Head of QA. This role involves managing a large QA team, including both manual and automation, and contributing hands-on work in front-end automation testing, as well as back-end automation testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QA team, including both manual and automation QA, ensuring smooth communication with development teams
  • Develop and execute automated front-end and back-end tests
  • Work closely with teams to set and maintain quality standards throughout development
  • Review code and mentor QA team members.
  • Review and report test results, bugs, and issues to ensure transparency and continuous improvement

Requirements:

You'll be a great fit if…

  • 3+ years experience managing QA teams
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation infrastructure, including CI/CD integration
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript and Python
  • Experience in UI automation testing using frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
  • Experience in back-end automation testing, including API and DB testing.
  • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet product deadlines
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
