We are looking for an experienced autonomous QA team leader for an exciting and challenging position
This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities

• The job includes field work with tight schedule in a several locations all over the country
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments.
• Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)- advantage.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
• Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards.
• High level of English writing and reading.

• Experience working with microservices - major advantage
• Experience in the drone or autonomous vehicles field – major advantage

• Experience working within a Linux environment and good system understanding - Advantage
• Ability to multitask and work under immense pressure Knowledge and experience in Command and control systems - Advantage
• Computer Science graduate or related technology unit graduate - Advantage
