We are looking for a
QA Team Lead
to take ownership of our QA domain and lead it to the next level.

This role is responsible for the quality of all company-developed products — websites, mobile applications, and back-office systems —

with a strong focus on
automation as a mandatory standard
and the integration of
AI-based tools
to enhance testing processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years leading QA teams.
  • Proven experience in building and managing automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into QA processes: test automation, log analysis, anomaly detection, etc.
  • Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.
  • Strong experience with API and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • High level of English (spoken and written).
