Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Afula. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for executing various test activities to ensure the quality of software products. Tasks include designing and executing test cases, conducting manual testing, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes. The role involves close interaction with development teams to ensure software meets the required standards.

  • Conduct manual software testing across Web, Mobile, and API environments
  • Write and execute detailed test cases, document results, and ensure top-quality releases
  • Identify, report, and follow up on issues using bug tracking systems
  • Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams
  • Take part in pre-production testing – regression, sanity, and anything that keeps our systems rock-solid

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in software QA – a must
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Monday, Trello)
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and development processes
  • A team player with initiative, curiosity, and great communication skills
  • Technical English at a good working level

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and query writing
  • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman
  • Experience testing eCommerce platforms or booking systems
