Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in TLV. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance protocols, maintain and improve quality management systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies, leading quality assurance initiatives, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach to monitoring quality metrics and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating, managing, and executing Quality Assurance processes, systems, and test strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues
  • Experience with compliance to industry standards and quality assurance regulations
  • Leadership and team management abilities to oversee QA processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey complex quality-related information effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensure high standards in product/service quality
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in QA methodologies are advantageous
  • Prior experience in quality assurance roles, particularly in industries related to the company's focus, is a plus
