IBI is one of Israel's leading and most innovative investment houses, providing a wide range of financial services including portfolio management, brokerage, mutual funds, and investment banking. With a strong emphasis on professionalism, innovation, and client service, IBI is a trusted partner for both individual and institutional investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing collections for various company services, including outbound client calls and providing professional support in Hebrew and English.
  • Issuing invoices, recording expenses and revenues, and working with SAP in collaboration with the group's accounting department.
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects and working extensively with Excel.
  • Ongoing communication with suppliers and the accounting team.
  • Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administration / operations / back office / bookkeeping – must
  • Strong English skills (spoken & written) – must
  • High proficiency in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) – must
  • Bachelor's degree – an advantage
  • Bookkeeping certification – an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP – an advantage

Personal skills:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong service orientation, patience, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
