At Okoora, we don't sell tools or dashboards. We build Embedded FX Infrastructure. Our flagship product, FX360, is the invisible engine that powers banks, PSPs, ERPs, marketplaces, brokers, and financial advisors with automated FX risk management, multi-currency wallets, and monetized cross-border flows.

The Account Executive role is about driving adoption of FX360 with the right strategic audiences. This is not transactional sales. It is about engaging senior decision-makers, understanding their pain around FX flows, and positioning Okoora as the must-have infrastructure layer that protects margins, eliminates complexity, and unlocks new revenue streams.

Who You Will Sell To

The role focuses on high-value, infrastructure-driven clients, primarily in B2B2X (strategic platforms and institutions), and selectively in B2B (direct businesses with significant FX exposure).

Target Segments:

  • Banks & Neobanks – product and transaction banking leaders looking to expand FX services without building trading desks.
  • Payment Providers (PSPs, Acquirers, Remittance) – product and commercial heads looking to capture margin and retain merchants.
  • ERP / TMS / Payroll Platforms – product and integration leads seeking to differentiate with embedded FX protection.
  • Marketplaces & E-commerce Platforms – COOs and finance leads needing to stabilize seller payouts and protect order margins.
  • Brokers & Financial Advisors – firms and individuals under regulatory umbrella who: want to scale beyond manual desks and spread-only models, act as local execution and distribution partners and seek to differentiate with tech-first FX infrastructure and unlock recurring revenue.

Decision-Makers: Heads of Product, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Finance, Growth, plus brokerage owners, advisory firm partners, and financial consultants.

 Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of qualified prospects across target segments.
  • Lead client conversations using Okoora's methodology: Pain → Solution → Outcome.
  • Translate client pains (margin leakage, volatility, manual processes) into FX360 outcomes.
  • Run tailored outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, referrals) with messaging aligned to ICPs.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to design integration-driven proposals.
  • Close deals that generate recurring ARR through infrastructure adoption.
  • Document all sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal stages in HubSpot.

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales (financial services, SaaS, payments, ERP, or fintech infrastructure).
