About the position:

As a
Business Development Manager
at
Spinomenal
, you will play a key role in driving the company's global growth and strengthening its market presence within the dynamic iGaming industry. You will be instrumental in implementing our business growth strategy, identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, and expanding relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual value. Your work will involve developing a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and partner needs to ensure Spinomenal continues to deliver innovative, high-performing content and technological solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations—to create tailored proposals, close strategic deals, and ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Spinomenal's business development and growth initiatives.
  • Communicate with potential partners, including key decision-makers and executives.
  • Manage and follow up on leads across all communication channels and CRM stages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Accounting, Marketing, Development) to ensure alignment.
  • Qualify inbound leads to identify strategic fit and business potential.
  • Stay up to date on company products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively present value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven mindset, with a strong passion for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to Spinomenal's mission to shape the future of online gaming entertainment.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry — mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in leveraging social media and digital platforms for professional networking, lead generation, and industry engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to craft persuasive narratives and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information, derive insights, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and fast-learning, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, fostering trust and collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or market research. (Experience in sales, strategic outreach, or account management is a strong advantage.)
  • Genuine passion for continuous learning, personal growth, and innovation in the gaming and entertainment space.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally as needed.
