Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Applications Coordinator with a solid foundation in KYC checks and corporate documentation to support service delivery for clients who have completed payment. This role is crucial in ensuring documentation is compliant, complete, and processed efficiently across our international network. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with global clients, a deep understanding of corporate structures, and familiarity with international compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and application lifecycle for paid clients.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of KYC documents (passports, utility bills, source of funds) and identify any discrepancies or compliance red flags.
  • Review and organize corporate documentation, including certificates of incorporation, shareholder agreements, registers, and organizational charts.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and international stakeholders (legal representatives, banks, local agents, and regulators).
  • Track and manage application progress across various jurisdictions and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve documentation or compliance gaps.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and CRMs.
  • Assist with gaming license and banking applications by gathering and submitting all required documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative, compliance, or legal support roles—especially in corporate services, gaming, or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML standards and a working understanding of corporate documents and structures (e.g., UBO declarations, shareholder registries, board resolutions).
  • Comfortable interpreting official documents across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.
