We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our payment platform. This role will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment solutions that support multiple business models, geographies, and compliance requirements.

As the Product Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and external payment providers to deliver seamless experiences for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the payment platform.
  • Drive the development of payment capabilities including authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, and refunds.
  • Partner with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, customer support) to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party payment providers, gateways, and acquirers.
  • Ensure platform scalability, high availability, and security aligned with industry standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.).
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs such as transaction success rate, payment latency, fraud rate, and cost efficiency.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in payments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing flows, card networks, gateways, wallets, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience with fraud prevention, compliance, and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background or ability to understand APIs, integrations, and platform architecture is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
