About the Role

We are hiring for our client a
cybersecurity
company (location TLV)

The EVP Sales (50% Consultant) will be responsible for leading and executing the company's global sales strategy. This is a
part-time executive consulting role (50%)
, ideal for an experienced sales leader with strong cybersecurity expertise.

The role combines
strategic leadership
(building sales plans, methodologies, and forecasts) with
hands-on execution
: engaging enterprise clients, managing complex negotiations, closing deals, and bringing in
new logos
.

While the company is small, it works with some of the largest and most recognized clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company's global sales strategy.
  • Manage a small sales team in Israel and internationally.
  • Hands-on involvement: meetings with strategic clients, managing negotiations, closing complex enterprise deals, and driving new logo acquisition.
  • Develop and improve global sales methodologies and processes (Playbook, Forecasting, CRM).
  • Provide strategic guidance while actively participating in sales execution.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define goals and forecasts.
  • Travel internationally to meet clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales leadership roles, including
    managing sales teams
    .
  • Proven background in technology sales;
    cybersecurity experience is required
    .
  • Strong track record in
    SaaS sales
    – product or service.
  • Demonstrated success in
    global sales
    .
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
