About the role

We're looking for a
Head of Marketing
to lead the next phase of our expansion: a strategic doer who can lead, execute, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives across channels.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll own key marketing programs across user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and retention, driving both self-serve (PLG) and sales-assisted (PLS) growth engines. You'll work closely with the marketing team, Product, and Sales to build scalable systems, optimize funnels, and drive measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven,
hands-on generalist
who thrives in execution but thinks like an owner. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives from strategy to execution, shaping how we attract, engage, and retain customers across every stage of the journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end:
    from planning to execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Drive both PLG and PLS marketing programs:
    managing user acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and retention.
  • Own marketing analytics and tracking:
    oversee setup, dashboards, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle and email marketing flows:
    engage and convert customers across touch points.
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns:
    across paid, owned, and organic channels ensuring consistency, measurable impact, and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    with the Head of Social, User Acquisition Lead, Product, and Sales to align goals and execute joint growth initiatives and deliver projects on time.
  • Experiment and optimize continuously:
    implement new test new tactics, creative, and funnels to improve performance across the customer journey.
  • Instill experimentation habits:
    design, execute, and analyze new test frequently across the customer journey to improve performance and identify new growth levers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience
    in marketing for B2B and B2C SaaS companies, with a proven track record of hands-on campaign management and funnel optimization.
  • Strong lifecycle marketing and CRM experience:
    building, executing, and optimizing email and in-app engagement programs.
  • Data and tech orientation:
    experience managing tracking setup, marketing analytics tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing tools and platforms:
    GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, PostHog/Mixpanel, Attio and other Revops tools.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset:
    equally comfortable building the plan and doing the work to make it happen.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
    or small teams in a matrix or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Curiosity and proactivity:
    always exploring new tactics, channels, and ideas to improve marketing performance.
