Description

The role includes leading financial planning and analysis activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while preparing business cases for new opportunities. It involves providing key insights through detailed KPI analysis, trend reporting, and monitoring business drivers to understand their impact on revenues and margins. As a financial business partner, the position supports senior management and commercial teams in decision-making, performance measurement, and building effective KPIs, while also managing budget control, sales and profitability analysis, and supporting external partnerships with data and performance reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics/accounting/business/industrial engineering and management

Master's degree - an advantage

Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A - must

Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong analytics capabilities

Systemic view, creative business approach

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of advanced functions in Excel

Proven experience in building budgets, preparing financial statements, and analyzing profitability

Proven experience in market analysis and working with internal and external interfaces
