We are seeking a
PMO
for a fascinating role at the core of organizational operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities, professional knowledge, and proven experience in successfully leading change processes and organizational projects.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for process improvements across the organization, planning and leading complex projects, and building engineering models, with a systemic perspective and commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead significant cross-organizational processes end-to-end, engaging stakeholders and maximizing outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement process changes to improve performance and impact KPIs.
  • Design new workflows and management routines.
  • Define requirements for information systems (development and/or procurement).
  • Plan and manage complex projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
  • Analyze data, build, and manage engineering models to support decision-making.
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management and multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management –
    mandatory
    .
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management in the field of Operational Excellence / Organization & Methods in a large company –
    mandatory
    .
  • Experience in a consulting firm – an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems – an advantage.
  • Familiarity and experience with methodologies in the field of operational excellence (Lean, PMBOK, TOC, etc.).
