Project Manager & Instructional Designer
, you will play a central role in leading the planning, design, and delivery of innovative digital learning experiences that drive organizational growth and learner success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital learning development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including subject matter experts, learning developers, designers, and clients—to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Instructional Design

  • Analyze organizational and learner needs to design impactful learning solutions aligned with performance goals.
  • Create engaging instructional strategies, learning flows, and content structures using modern methodologies (e.g., microlearning, simulations, gamification, social and collaborative learning).
  • Develop detailed design documents, storyboards, and scripts for digital learning modules, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and creativity.
  • Incorporate data-driven learning principles and assessment strategies to measure learning impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    project management
    and
    instructional design
    , preferably in digital learning or EdTech.
  • Strong understanding of instructional methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital content formats.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS/LXP), authoring tools, and emerging learning technologies is an advantage.
