We are looking for an
Antenna Design Engineer
to join the Engineering and Systems Division at IAI's ELTA Systems, and lead the development of advanced antenna and radome technologies for defense and aerospace platforms.

The position includes:

  • Full-cycle development of antennas and radomes – from requirements definition to delivery
  • Performing both preliminary and detailed electromagnetic design
  • Analyzing antenna performance in installed configurations and environmental conditions
  • Mapping customer needs and providing support throughout the development process and post delivery
  • Utilizing advanced simulation and analysis tools:
    CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, TICRA
  • Managing design milestones and project deliverables in accordance with work plans

What we're looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics – required
  • Specialization in
    electromagnetics / wave propagation
    – required
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in
    antenna development
    – required
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in electromagnetics or antenna-related topics – advantage
  • Strong English skills – reading, writing, and speaking
