About This position

As GenAI capabilities improve, this brings new opportunities for making an impact. On our products, but also on our own day-to-day, helping us streamline the software delivery lifecycle by performing our jobs faster and with higher quality.

The Product Manager joining us will lead a squad which focuses on GenAI-powered optimization tools, increasing productivity of 1000+ R&D teams in AT&T as they develop products for dozens of millions of customers to use.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take part in developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the product objectives and desired key results.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, customer success, marketing, other Product team-members and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train and ship a high-quality product.
  • Perform ongoing analysis and research of product analytics, customer requests and industry trends to define the roadmap, to ensure we generate value for our users and drive KPIs for an on-going product success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a product manager in an Enterprise SaaS company – a must.
  • Background as a Software Developer or as a Product Manager of a Developers' Tool – a must.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling products that integrate LLM and GenAI technologies, for enhanced data search and retrieval, including natural language processing, semantic search within software development environments – a must.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading a product or a significant domain within a product, end-to-end, both inbound and outbound.
  • Experience working in agile development methodology, building, and prioritizing product backlog and defining MVP.
  • Ability to design and ship products with customer empathy.
  • Ability to see the big picture and dive into details when necessary.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills; Must have strong English both verbal and in writing.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders – R&D, UX/UI, Customer success, etc.
  • Passionate, hungry, and driven to make an impact.
