Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We're expanding our marketing team to help Chargeflow define and lead the chargeback automation category. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll own a strategic mix of planning, execution, and analysis across campaigns and programs. Your primary outcomes will be building engagement with CX, Ops, and Finance leaders at eCommerce brands, strengthening relationships across our ecosystem, and ultimately driving conversions that accelerate Chargeflow's growth.

Your Arena - Know your impact

  • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns (email-first) that create awareness and generate pipeline.
  • Own segment strategy: define ICPs, target accounts, personas, and tailored messaging.
  • Build scalable ABM plays for high-value accounts in partnership with Sales.
  • Coordinate with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and CS to ship high-impact assets.
  • Run experiments across adjacent direct channels (webinars, direct mail, etc.).
  • Track performance end-to-end (deliverability → pipeline → revenue) and report insights to GTM leadership.
  • Manage the direct marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain strong deliverability and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).

What It Takes:

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS direct marketing / ABM with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Deep hands-on email/outbound experience and segmentation capability.
  • Strong experimentation + execution bias.
  • Clear communicator who aligns Sales/Marketing around plays, SLAs, and results.
  • Comfortable in marketing automation + CRM (HubSpot a plus).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience marketing to legal / risk / fraud personas.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and data tools (Outreach/Apollo, Clearbit/ZoomInfo, deliverability tooling).
