Quality and Reliability Manager | Yehud | IAI – Missile and Space Systems Division

We are looking for a
Quality and Reliability Manager
to join the engineering and systems plant in the Missile and Space Systems Division, overseeing the development and production of weapon and space system assemblies.

The position includes:


• Leading quality and reliability in the development and production of assemblies for military and space projects


• Managing quality and reliability from the development stage, including leading assembly and system qualification, supporting transfer from development to production, monitoring production quality, and leading failure investigations


• Working in a matrix organization with all project staff within the Missile and Space Division and with subcontractors


• Integrating effectively within the project team


• Matrix management of performance quality across projects


• Collaborating with subcontractors in Israel and abroad, business plants, and various engineering teams


• Working with customers


• Combining office work with on-site production floor involvement

What we're looking for:


• Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Aeronautics, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or Materials – mandatory


• Over 7 years of experience in a plant developing and producing electromechanical or electronic assemblies – mandatory


• Experience in quality management – advantage


• Experience in transfer from development to production or engineering – advantage


• Strong teamwork skills and broad system perspective
