Optimon is hiring a Junior Product Manager to take high ownership of a product 
starting at launch
 and drive it to measurable success. This is an entry-level role with substantial responsibility: you'll be the person who sets the direction after launch, makes the decisions that matter, and measures whether those decisions worked.

What you'll own

  • End-to-end post-launch product lifecycle: implement improvements, refine onboarding, and run growth experiments to raise activation, retention, and product value.

  • Drive practical user growth through hands-on outreach, direct connections, and channel experiments (acquiring and engaging users, testing outreach approaches, and expanding active use).

  • Intake, scope, and prioritize feature requests - translate needs into clear, executable plans and deliver them.

  • Define and track metrics to evaluate impact, surface friction, and iterate until targets are met.

  • Apply and experiment with multiple AI platforms to automate, scale, and accelerate product work.

  • Learn and perform technical tasks as needed (basic data queries, light scripting/automation, product tool configuration)—you'll be hands-on.

Who we're looking for

  • No formal product experience required - we train; you bring the mindset.

  • Tech-oriented and eager to learn technical work; a "coding vibe" or basic development fluency is a strong plus.

  • Very good English (written & spoken).

  • Analytical by nature, comfortable with deep thinking and making confident decisions with imperfect information.

  • Service-driven and pragmatic: prioritizes measurable outcomes and real user value.
