Our pipeline combines multiple algorithms to understand tattoo images in detail and match them against artist portfolios.

What you'll own
Full Stack & Product

  • Architect and ship
    end-to-end features
    : onboarding, dashboards, search/match flows, artist tagging, and booking.
  • Frontend
    : build modern, reactive UIs with

    , Tailwind, and TypeScript.
  • Backend
    : build scalable APIs with

    or
    Python FastAPI
    , secure auth flows, job queues, and integrations.
  • Data layer
    : design schemas in
    Postgres/SQL
    , handle vector DB integrations for similarity search, and connect artist/portfolio data.

Cloud & Infra

  • Deploy on
    Azure
    : App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Blob Storage, Front Door/CDN.
  • Set up
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Infrastructure-as-Code with
    Terraform
    .
  • Monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor).

AI & Search Integration

  • Work closely with the ML/Search co-founder to integrate embeddings, retrieval, and ranking into the product .
  • Build evaluation loops for
    quality, relevance, latency, and cost optimization
    .
  • Experiment with
    hybrid search
    (vector + metadata filters, Elasticsearch) for artist matching.
  • Enable fast iteration on
    model → API → frontend delivery
    .

Must-haves

  • Strong
    full stack background
    : (frontend) + or FastAPI (backend) .
  • Real experience deploying
    production systems on Azure
    .
  • Hands-on with
    Postgres/SQL
    and scalable data modeling.
  • Familiar with
    vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
    or embedding-based search.
  • Solid grasp of
    APIs, auth, rate limiting, and performance optimization
    .
  • Proven ability to
    ship MVPs fast
    and iterate with real users.
  • Startup mindset:
    bias to action, problem-solving, creative energy
    .

Nice-to-have

  • Experience integrating
    ML pipelines into production
    (embedding APIs, re-rankers, quality models).
  • Infra/DevOps experience:
    Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

  • Observability skills: logging, metrics, tracing.
  • Familiarity with
    consumer apps, creative products, or marketplaces
