Job Description

  • Register, investigate, and document customer complaints in line with regulatory standards and company procedures.
  • Identify and escalate adverse events, potential risks, or recurring product issues.
  • Draft clear and professional complaint closure reports and customer correspondence.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Product, R&D, QA, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Analyze complaint trends and provide data-driven insights for product improvement.

  • Job skills:
  • Strong written communication: Experience preparing technical or regulatory documentation is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in technical data or reports.
  • Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple cases under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management members, and customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-learning ability, highly motivated, and responsible.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written.
