Role Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst / BI Developer
to join BITeam. This hybrid role combines on-site client work with remote collaboration. The position involves
analyzing data, designing data models, building reports and dashboards, and implementing end-to-end BI solutions
. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in
    SQL
    , with ability to write efficient queries and design optimized data models
  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Azure Data Factory
    (pipelines, ETL processes) and
    Azure Data Lake
    (storage, structure, security)
  • Experience building
    Power BI
    reports and dashboards, including:
    Power Query
    for data preparation ;
    DAX
    for calculations and measures ; Integration with
    Power Automate
    and
    Power Apps
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    (with exposure to
    PySpark
    for large-scale data processing)
  • Familiarity with
    Databricks
    for data transformation and analytics
  • Understanding of
    ETL/ELT pipelines
    ,
    data warehousing concepts
    , and
    cloud-based data architectures
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML workflows
    (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Databricks ML, or applying AI in Power BI for business insights)
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and DevOps practices for BI and data solutions - Advantage
  • Must demonstrate strong capabilities to perform
    data analysis
    and connect findings to
    business processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn advanced techniques
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across business and technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics
