We're growing and looking for a
hands-on Team Leader
with strong technical depth and proven leadership experience to join us.

scalable SaaS platforms
, driving team excellence, and working closely with Product to deliver real impact this one is for you.

What You'll Do:


• Lead a development team (starting with 4 devs, growing to 6).


• Oversee end-to-end development of
SaaS & hybrid solutions
with high delivery standards.


• Work closely with Product to align technical execution with business needs.


• Mentor mid & senior developers, foster a supportive and growth-oriented culture.


• Participate in architecture discussions & code reviews.


• Implement adaptive Agile practices and ensure efficient team workflows.

What You Bring:

3+ years of hands-on
Java
development.

2+ years of experience as a
Team Lead
.

Strong expertise with the
Spring ecosystem
.

Experience designing & building
cloud-based architectures
.

High communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:


• Experience with
AWS
, Microservices, CI/CD, Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka.


• Background in adaptive Agile & cross-team collaboration.
