Project Manager & BI Systems Analyst

A leading technology company is seeking a
Project Manager & BI Systems Analyst
to join its dynamic and innovative team.

This is a
strategic role
combining
project management, business analysis, and BI system implementation
across multiple organizational domains.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end BI projects
    , from identifying business needs through detailed specification, development supervision, QA, and go-live implementation.
  • Write detailed
    business and functional specifications
    and lead
    data modeling and business analysis
    processes across various core systems.
  • Conduct
    data analysis
    to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive data-based decision-making.
  • Lead
    matrix collaboration
    with development teams, ensuring accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Work closely with business units, management, and IT teams to define priorities, optimize processes, and ensure alignment between business goals and technological solutions.
  • Support ongoing BI system improvements, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    – mandatory.
  • Graduate of a
    Systems Analysis course
    or a relevant academic field – mandatory.
  • At least
    1 year of proven experience
    in
    BI systems analysis
    – mandatory.
  • Strong SQL skills
    – mandatory.
  • Experience with
    Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
    – significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as
    Business Objects (BO)
    and
    QlikView
    – advantage.
  • Strong analytical and technical understanding with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and teamwork skills
    , with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
