BI Analyst (AdTech & Digital Media)

We're looking for a talented and highly analytical BI Analyst to join our data team and help transform raw data into powerful business insights.

If you're passionate about digging deep into data, optimizing performance, and building smart marketing strategies based on real insights in the worlds of media, AdTech, web, and in-app products, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that drive business decisions across teams.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work with data from web and in-app platforms to uncover trends and opportunities in user behavior, campaign performance, and monetization.
  • Help shape the company's BI infrastructure and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst / Analytics Engineer in a digital media or AdTech environment.
  • Proven expertise in SQL – able to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau / Looker) including dashboard design and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Experience working with web analytics, attribution, or in-app data – a strong advantage.
