We are hiring a Senior BI Systems Analyst

Looking to lead impactful data initiatives and influence organizational decision-making? This role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


•
Business analysis & requirements gathering
– Direct collaboration with business stakeholders to understand operational and analytical needs


•
Data modeling
– Designing and defining data structures within the Data Warehouse to support business requirements and optimal performance


•
Advanced BI solution design & development
– Dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical measurements using leading BI tools


•
ETL process analysis & design
– Optimizing and architecting data integration and loading processes from multiple systems


•
Technical & business documentation
– Detailed process descriptions, data models, ETL flows, and performance optimization specifications


•
Continuous improvement of data infrastructure
– Enhancing ETL processes, data structures, and system performance


Requirements:


• At least
3 years of experience
as a BI Systems Analyst –
mandatory


• Proven experience working with large-scale
Data Warehouses (DWH)
–
mandatory


• Experience in data modeling, ETL analysis, and integration between systems –
mandatory


• Experience working in large organizations or complex environments


• Strong command of
SQL
, including complex queries and performance tuning


• Experience with leading BI tools


• Background in financial or banking environments
