We are looking for a talented
BI Developer & BI Systems Analyst
to take ownership of end-to-end BI projects — from requirement gathering to implementation and deployment across the organization. This role combines advanced Power BI development with business analysis, data modeling, and work with diverse data sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle BI projects, including requirement collection, analysis, design, development, and deployment.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Build and maintain Data Warehouse models and data structures.
  • Work with a variety of data sources such as SQL Server, ERP, WMS, integration platforms, APIs, and Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable BI solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of existing BI and DWH environments.

  • Cross-organizational business units (operations, logistics, finance, sales, etc.)
  • Information Systems & IT teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least
    2 years of hands-on BI development
    in a Power BI environment.
  • Proven experience with
    Data Warehouse modeling
    — must.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, Views, and Stored Procedures.
  • Experience in BI systems analysis, writing specifications, and working with end users.
  • Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, ADF or similar) — a strong advantage.
  • Strong business understanding and ability to analyze cross-organizational processes.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
