Job Summary

The Business Analyst at MP Office Awz ventures, support the Founder & Managing Partner with investment analysis, and market research as they relate to the unique world of Startup investment and Infrastructure. The Business Analyst helps ensure the MP is up to date on the industry and competitive landscape and he has all the information he needs to make the best strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

·      Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions

·      Prepare, write and present investment analysis and investment memos

·      Analyze investment target business models and technology

·      Prepare presentations, investment decks and additional materials for the board

·      Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with the company's policies & procedures

·      Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·      Relevant bachelor's degree, MBA an asset

·      At lease 3 years in similar roles at Venture capital, Private Equity or other investment firm - Must

·      Proven experience in analyzing the following: market research, business models, pricing, market fit, and competition for technology companies

·      Proficiency in business intelligence tools

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew

·      A natural curiosity and passion for new technologies

·      Experience using MS Office products with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

·      Basic graphic design abilities

·      Detail-conscious while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

·      Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

·      Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while working within strict timelines

·      Excellent analytical, problem recognition, and creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to take initiative and embrace challenges
