• Management of a team of employees and team leaders in the field of test engineering.


• Management of the documentation system of the testing measures in the company (testing positions, testing devices).


• Examination of advanced test and implementation in the company's test system.


• Implementing smart and fast systems for testing the company's products.


• Leading and managing an orderly process of transferring a product from a development environment to a production environment.


• Accompanying and improving the testing processes for optimization and efficiency - both in examining and analyzing the test times, the speed of the tests, the speed of connecting the company's products to the tests, etc. while emphasizing the quality of the product.


• Carrying out trainings for new employees as well as random trainings on various topics related to the production floor processes.

Requirements:


• Electronics engineer with rich experience in the industry


• Over 3 years of experience as a test engineering manager in a global company


• Knowledge of ERP system, priority


• High management skills


• High level of Hebrew and English - reading and writing


• Knowledge of the testing field in the work environment of an electronic manufacturing plant

• Office


• Work at a low noise level


• Work without significant physical effort
