Junior B2B Sales Representative
to join our growing
Outsourcing Division
.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in B2B sales, work with leading companies, and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the outsourcing market. - Support the sales process:
Assist in managing the full sales cycle — from initial contact to client onboarding. - Build relationships:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs. - Collaborate with internal teams:
Work closely with senior sales professionals and recruiters to deliver value and meet goals.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development — advantage for experience in services or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
- Fluent in
Hebrew and English
(spoken and written). - Bachelor's degree — advantage.
