What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities:
    Identify and approach potential clients in the outsourcing market.
  • Support the sales process:
    Assist in managing the full sales cycle — from initial contact to client onboarding.
  • Build relationships:
    Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams:
    Work closely with senior sales professionals and recruiters to deliver value and meet goals.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development — advantage for experience in services or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in
    Hebrew and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree — advantage.
