Outsourcing Sales Specialist
to join our winning team.

This role includes full responsibility for developing, managing, and expanding the
outsourcing business line
, working with top-tier clients across the Israeli tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales activities in the Outsourcing domain.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients (high-tech companies, startups, and technology organizations).
• Manage the entire sales cycle- from initial outreach and negotiation to deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure the best match between clients and candidates.
• Analyze client needs and tailor recruitment and outsourcing solutions accordingly.
• Monitor client performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales and profitability targets.
• Represent the company at professional events, conferences, and employer branding activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least
  3 years in B2B sales from a service-oriented company

• Experience in
  recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing

  advantage
  .
• Deep understanding of the high-tech ecosystem and familiarity with technical roles – strong advantage.
• Experience working with both enterprise clients and startups.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
• High-level English
