JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a skilled and critical-thinking 
Data Analyst
to join our expanding Data team in Tel Aviv. This role will sit within the Portfolio Evaluation team and is at the core of our business.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by leveraging data to drive decision-making, enhance our acquisition strategies, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for analysts who are eager to immerse themselves in the heart of our business, develop additional muscles, and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply creative problem-solving skills, and drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Conduct a comprehensive analysis of assets and EDA

● Perform ad hoc analysis to support business and research hypotheses.

● Enhance data processes, identify gaps, and streamline data collection.

● Collaborate with the data science team to refine pricing models based on your findings.

● Communicate and present recommendations and issues to stakeholders and executives.

● Gain in-depth knowledge of the business from portfolio acquisition to recovery performance

● Contribute to market expertise, introduce innovative ideas, and enhance practices.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

● 3+ years of proven experience as a data analyst, analyzing data, and trends, performing root cause analysis, and driving business decisions with data-driven strategies.

● Curious & critical-thinking mindset is key to success in this role.

● 2+ years of experience in Python, especially data-related libraries.

● 3+ years of experience in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

● Proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex functions and data manipulation.

● Working experience in Tableau, including measurement and experimentation.

● Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken).

● Asset and portfolio management or Fintech experience is an advantage.
