Your Role in the Team

You'll be the crucial link between business needs, data integrity, and AI development. Your primary focus will be to ensure our AI models are built on solid data foundations and deliver accurate, reliable results in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop:
    Create
    analytical frameworks
    to translate business goals into measurable AI research and development requirements.
  • Data Preparation:
    Own the process of
    generating and refining data sets
    essential for AI model training and rigorous validation.
  • Quality & Safety:
    Validate the accuracy and security
    of AI outputs against established performance metrics.
  • Monitoring:
    Proactively
    monitor live AI solutions
    to quickly detect and resolve any accuracy issues or unexpected anomalies.
  • Collaboration:
    Serve as the
    primary data and analysis focal point
    for both the AI research and product management teams, guiding data strategy and requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience:
    1-2 years as a Data Analyst (or similar).
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in
    SQL
    for complex data analysis.
  • Education:
    A relevant degree (Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
  • Mindset:
    High
    curiosity
    and a strong sense of
    ownership
    , with a proven ability to convert raw data into tangible business impact.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
