We seek an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead a group of Product Managers. This individual will own the strategic vision and execution of our portfolio of products.
You will play a critical leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of product managers while working cross-functionally to drive innovation and transformation in a highly complex environment.
At the Network Intelligence business unit, we develop advanced Network Intelligence solutions that harness AI, machine learning, big data analytics, and automation to transform massive volumes of communication network data into actionable intelligence for security organizations.
As a Cognyter you will:
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Foster a product and design culture that champions customer empathy, UX excellence, and platform scalability.
- Ensure delivery of high-impact product features that serve both internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to deliver robust cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, engineering, and design teams to align on product vision and priorities.
- Communicate product strategy and progress clearly and effectively across the organization.
- Drive adoption and transformation initiatives across a complex, multi-functional business.
- Understand market trends and customer needs in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and scalability within the platform offering.
- Advocate for the end-user while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
For that mission, you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing PM teams.
- Proven success managing platform products with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience in the software domain with particular strength in hardcore infrastructure and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change within large, matrixed organizations.
- Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growing diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
