Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2, based in Petah Tikva with flexible work-from-home options. The role involves providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with Tier 1 support and other teams to resolve escalated technical challenges. A key aspect of the role is delivering exceptional customer service while analyzing and resolving technical problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess and diagnose problems effectively.
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Prior experience in the Fintech or technology sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software used for technical support is an advantage.
