Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support/HelpDesk Specialist based in Petah Tikva, with some work from home acceptable. The Technical Support/HelpDesk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients, analyzing and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer support. The role includes monitoring, maintaining and supporting IT infrastructures, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Qualifications

  • 2-year experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
