About the Role

A Support Engineer is a technical professional who will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers by providing technical assistance, configuring systems, and maintaining hardware and software to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing problems, providing step-by-step guidance, and documenting solutions. Essential skills for a Support Engineer include strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, customer service, and adaptability.

In addition, the Support Engineer will be involved in the system installation, configuration, and integration process of the company's systems at the customer's site.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in technical customer services
  2. Good understanding of telecommunication technologies (focus on Cellular)
  3. Good understanding of IT technologies
  4. Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
  5. Knowledge of Databases
  6. Good analysis and troubleshooting
  7. Willing to travel abroad (10%)
  8. Good English

  • Background in defense, or intelligence operations
  • Familiarity with RF, geo-location, or cellular/networking systems
