Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Support Engineer
with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of
cellular and telecommunication technologies
. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience
in providing technical support and working with complex systems in the telecom environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Respond to support tickets, identify root causes, and deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to customers.
  • Perform system installation, configuration, and integration of company products at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and configuration guides.
  • Monitor system performance, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high system availability.
  • Deliver professional customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in technical training and continuous improvement processes to stay updated on new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    telecommunication technologies
    , with emphasis on
    cellular systems (2G/3G/4G/5G)
    .
    -MUST
  • Solid knowledge of
    IT infrastructure
    , networking, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in
    Windows
    and
    Linux
    operating systems.
  • Experience working with
    databases
    (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent
    analytical and troubleshooting
    skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Strong verbal and written
    communication skills
    in English.
  • Ability and willingness to
    travel abroad (up to 10%)
    .
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
